Calculate Your Qualified Views Earnings
Example figures are prefilled. Replace them with figures from the same dashboard reporting period.
Illustrative example: 65,000 qualified views at a rate of 2 currency units per 1,000 gives an estimate of 130 currency units. Your account’s actual result may differ.
How the Facebook Qualified Views Calculator works
This calculator uses the approximate Earnings Rate you enter from your own Facebook monetisation insights. It does not claim to know Meta’s internal payout formula, and it does not assume that every view can earn money.
The earnings estimate formula
Estimated earnings = (Qualified views ÷ 1,000) × Earnings RateThe Earnings Rate must be the amount per 1,000 qualified views, in the same currency you select in the tool. For example, 65,000 qualified views and an illustrative rate of $2.00 produces 65 × $2.00 = $130. This is a mathematical estimate based on your input, not a published Meta payout benchmark.
| Input or result | What it means | How to use it |
|---|---|---|
| Total views | The total view figure shown for the content and date range you are reviewing. | Use the same reporting period and comparable content scope as the qualified-view figure. |
| Qualified views | Meta describes these as views on content that may be eligible to earn money. | Use the figure shown in your monetisation insights, not total views as a substitute. |
| Earnings Rate | Meta describes this as approximate earnings per 1,000 qualified views. | Use the value shown for your own account; do not treat another creator’s rate as yours. |
| Qualified-view share | This tool’s calculation of qualified views divided by total views. | Use it as a descriptive ratio for matching data—not as an official Meta benchmark or eligibility score. |
| Income goal | The approximate qualified views mathematically required at the rate entered. | Use it as a planning scenario. Rates and eligibility can change from period to period. |
Where to find qualified views and Earnings Rate
Open Facebook’s Professional Dashboard and review the Monetization or Content Monetization area available to your account. The exact labels and reports can change by account, device, region and product rollout. Meta’s March 2026 announcement says creators can express interest in Facebook Content Monetization through the Professional Dashboard; the programme is invite-only, so this calculator does not imply that all accounts are eligible.
Before calculating, check that your total views, qualified views and Earnings Rate refer to the same content scope and reporting window. If you compare different date ranges or mix different formats, the resulting share and estimate may not be meaningful.
Why total views and earnings can differ
A high total-view count does not, by itself, establish the number of qualified views or the amount a creator will earn. Meta introduced Qualified Views, Earnings Rate and Non-Qualified Views to help creators understand monetisation performance and why some views may not qualify.
Use the non-qualified-view breakdown and account notices shown in your dashboard when available. Review originality and monetisation policy notices before assuming a reporting discrepancy is a technical error. Avoid copying a public earnings claim or applying a rate from another creator to your own page.
Use the calculator to plan an earnings goal
Enter a target amount and a planning period. The calculator divides the goal by your rate to estimate the number of qualified views required. It can also estimate a total-view target using your current qualified-view share and split the qualified-view target across the number of days entered.
These reverse calculations assume that the entered Earnings Rate and observed qualified-view share remain the same. They are useful for scenario planning, but they cannot predict reach, future rates, eligible content, final payouts or access to monetisation.
Frequently asked questions
What is a Facebook qualified view?
Meta describes a Qualified View as a view on content that may be eligible to earn money through Facebook Content Monetization. It should not be assumed to be identical to the total view count shown in a general analytics report.
How do I calculate Facebook earnings from qualified views?
For an estimate, divide qualified views by 1,000 and multiply by the Earnings Rate shown for your account. For example, 65,000 qualified views at an illustrative rate of $2.00 per 1,000 equals $130. Actual dashboard earnings can differ.
How much does Facebook pay per 1,000 qualified views?
There is no single guaranteed rate that applies to every creator. Meta describes Earnings Rate as approximate and directs creators to their own monetisation insights. Use your account’s displayed figure instead of relying on a universal online payout claim.
Is this an official Meta calculator?
No. This is an independent educational calculator published by Ultimate Info Guide. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Meta. It estimates results from numbers entered by the visitor.
Can I estimate earnings if I am not invited to Facebook Content Monetization?
You can use the arithmetic to model hypothetical numbers, but the calculation does not grant access or confirm eligibility. Meta’s March 2026 announcement describes Facebook Content Monetization as invite-only and explains how creators can express interest from the Professional Dashboard.
Why is my actual payout different from the calculator?
The tool multiplies qualified views by the approximate rate entered. The dashboard’s final figure may differ if the figures cover different periods or content, if the rate changes, or because the tool cannot reproduce Meta’s internal reporting and payout adjustments. Compare matching periods and rely on your official dashboard for actual earnings.
Does the calculator upload or store my numbers?
No. The calculation runs in your browser. This code does not send the entries to an external API or save them in a database.
