Enter a time in the first city. The result shows the time in the second city, the gap on your date, and the gap in each period around the change.

The calculator supports dates from January 1, 2026 onward, applies the known 2026 rule changes directly, and does not depend on your device’s time zone data. It does not model every local exception. Times between 1 and 3 a.m. on a change day can be ambiguous or nonexistent.

How this page is built

Time rules for British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, the Northwest Territories and Ontario’s Central Time northwest come from those governments’ pages and regulations, checked October 28, 2026. US clocks follow the standard rule: forward on the second Sunday of March, back on the first Sunday of November (March 14 and November 1 in this period). Market hours are the regular 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern session. The calculator applies these rules directly in the page. Cities stand in for their time zones, and communities with their own rules, such as Golden and the East Kootenay in BC, are not listed.
